Appway contains many components you can use when building processes and screens. But do you know which component provides a visual way to connect to a web service or database, and which serves as an abstraction layer for integration with other technologies?
If you said, "Integration Link" you'd be correct. This component is just one of the many topics covered during a new one-day Integration module, which will be part of Advanced Developer Training as of the Chiasso October 2014 course.
After covering the Datastore Extension, Entity Store and databases, you'll move on to integrating SOAP and REST Web Services, as well as learning about file manipulation.
The module continues with the Mail Extension and the Integration Link component, and includes example use cases so you can put what you've learnt into practice.
