You can now find all technical resources about Appway 6 in one place. We've gathered documentation, recipes, tutorials and more on changes and new features in a single overview.
Resources are currently available on:
Major Appway 6 novelties include mobile responsiveness and support for multi-node architectures. Features incompatible with cluster environments or mobile devices have been replaced and require adjustments during the upgrade process.
To enable clustered set-ups, Business Objects and runtime process data are now stored in a virtual Cluster Storage directory, which can be located on a shared file system, an SQL database or Apache Cassandra.
Several new or improved Screen components are available to steer your app's layout. They automatically adapt to the size of the display device. There are also several new or improved components to manage images and icons, and to guide users through your interface.
Finally, the Portal Worklist and Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) extensions have both been significantly enhanced for Appway 6.

Developer is transitioning to Appway Community
The next step in the transition to community.appway.com is here! As of April 2017, the Community Blog is exclusively available via community.appway.com. The Blog joins the Forum and our Support system, which already moved to their new home in 2016.
