Using data provided via business activity monitoring tools enables an enterprise to make better-informed business decisions, address problem areas quickly, and re-position itself to take full advantage of emerging opportunities.
Appway BAM provides managers with real-time visibility and process control over Appway instances: By monitoring business data and events, managers can identify process issues and successes and initiate action as appropriate.
Appway BAM includes out-of-the-box dashboards with aggregation and drill-down features, advanced filtering, and a rich user interface with clickable charts.
Behind the scenes, you can easily configure Service Level Agreements to monitor the duration of processes and activities. You can also customize business KPIs for advanced filtering and reporting.
