Developer Blog |

When reading through our blog posts, you will have noticed that the patch release information is no longer being published here on developer.appway.com. Instead, you are redirected to our new Community platform, community.appway.com. There, in the Support News section, you can find the latest information about our patch releases and product updates.
This signposting is one of the many visible ways being used to bridge the transition from Developer over to Community.
Migration of Support
Another part of Support, our Support Ticketing System, is also part of this transition. Certain selected projects have now been migrated to community.appway.com (your Appway CSM or EL will have already informed you if you are one of these migrated projects). The next wave of migration is scheduled to take place before the end of the year.
Until ticket migration is completed, our two Support systems will be running in parallel. No information is being deleted during migration. Please note that in order to streamline our Support service, Support Tickets that have been migrated over to Community are now read-only on developer.appway.com.
How does this affect the Weekly Digest?
The Weekly Digest only contains material from developer.appway.com, and does not include anything from community.appway.com. That means it is not possible to include up-to-date information about Support Tickets that have been migrated to community.appway.com.
In order to eliminate confusion over the status of Support Tickets, we have therefore taken the decision to completely remove Support Tickets from the Developer Weekly Digest. Your tickets still exist – you just won’t receive this weekly summary of open tickets anymore. This affects everyone, not just those people whose projects have already been migrated over to Community.
The latest blog posts, recipes and documentation will continue to be included in the Weekly Digest.
If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact the Community Team at community@appway.com
